Setting Up: Find a flat playing surface (a parking lot, your backyard or garage works perfectly). Set up your Waddies boards approximately 12' feet apart - yep, that's roughly four steps for an average adult. Don't forget to mark out the foul line across from the front of the board.
Taking Turns: Waddies is a game of turns. Players take turn to toss the Waddie at the board, aiming to land it in the scoring area.
Scoring: Points are earned based on where your Waddie lands on the board. Landing in the circle earns you 3 points, hitting the board and sticking gets you 1 if you are the closest to the hole. Remember, the key is to aim for the circle! Scoring rules will become easier with a few games under your belt. You can find more scoring examples here on our website too!
Winning: The first player or team to reach exactly 21 points is crowned the Waddies champion. If you go over to 22, 23, that's all okay, the more the better.
Playing with a Partner: If you're playing with a partner, stand across from each other. You and your competitor at one end, and your partner and his/her competitor at the other.
